Little Giggle Street is the trading name of Giggle Street Ltd which is an incorporated UK company and our legal entity.

Terms & Conditions

All customers purchasing a ticket are accepting the following terms and conditions.

Please read these carefully prior to purchasing any tickets. When a booking is made on behalf of others, the buyer is responsible for notifying all those in the party of these terms and conditions.

Supervision of Children

  • All adults are responsible for themselves, for their own children or anyone under the age of 18 who attends with them.
  • Little Giggle Street staff are not responsible for the supervision of children attending.

Tickets, Transfer and Refunds

  • All bookings are non-refundable.
  • A maximum of 8 children can be booked at one time. We do not permit multiple bookings to create a larger group. As we are a small venue with limited seating we cannot cater for larger groups. One adult per child is included, with a maximum of 2 additional adults per booking. We monitor bookings closely and reserve the right to cancel or refuse entry if our terms are not adhered to.
  • A booking can be transferred to another session, subject to availability, where we receive a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the start of the session. A booking may only be transferred once, within a 6 month period. Multiple transfers are not possible.
  • Partial transfers are not permitted, if a booking needs to be rescheduled, all guests included on the booking will be moved to the new date.
  • It is your responsibility to check the booking you have made to ensure accuracy of session date, time, and number of visitors in your group.
  • All children pay admission apart from pre-walking infants that accompany a paying child.
  • Ticket prices are listed on our website but may change at any time.

Rules of Entry

  • It is the responsibility of the adult to ensure that any equipment accessed by their child is age and stage appropriate.
  • Please refrain from taking any bags into the play areas.
  • All adults and children accessing the play village are required to remove their shoes and wear socks. Exceptions by prior agreement with management only.
  • Little Giggle Street are not liable for any personal items/belongings brought onto the premises.
  • Please ensure any belongings are stored neatly at your table to avoid any tripping hazards.
  • Only food and drink bought from Little Giggle Street can be consumed on site (this excludes any baby food for under one year).
  • Food or drinks are not permitted anywhere within the play village.
  • If you require wheelchair access, please contact us directly when booking.
  • Please only attend your session if you and your child are fit and well.
  • We will not tolerate any aggressive behaviour or illegal activity and reserve the right to ask a person to leave the premises at any time. Anyone purposefully damaging any of Little Giggle Street property may be asked to leave the premises and pay for any damage caused.
  • We are a smoke free premises and smoking is prohibited anywhere on our site. This includes the use of e-cigarettes.
  • Assistance animals only.
  • Please report any accidents to a member of staff before leaving the premises. Staff will assist with first aid where necessary.

Play Session Times and Closures

  • We require pre-booking online, although a few spaces are available for walk in customers on a first come first serve basis.
  • Visitors are asked to arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your session.
  • Customers who arrive after their start time can still enter but you will still be expected to leave at the end of the session regardless of the amount of time spent in the play area.
  • Role play sessions are 90 minutes long. You will be notified 10 minutes prior to the end of your session, where all attending will be encouraged to help tidy away, put shoes on and exit the building promptly.
  • We reserve the right to close Little Giggle Street if deemed necessary for the safety of visitors and staff. In such an instance you will be offered the opportunity to re-book, or a full refund will be given.

Photography

  • Visitors can take photographs of their own children only, for their own personal use.
