Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult. Little Giggle Street does not accept any responsibility for the supervision of children.

Shoes must be removed, and socks must always be worn by all visitors.
We do not permit any food, drink or chewing gum to be taken into the play village.
Only food and drink purchased from little giggle street is to be consumed on the premises.
Due to space restrictions, we encourage that prams and buggies are left at home.
We ask that children who are unwell, or who have been unwell, refrain from visiting for 48 hours.
Please arrive no earlier than 5mins prior to your allocated session time.
For health and safety reasons, in the unlikely event of an accident or injury occurring, please immediately report the incident to a member of staff.
Fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave without refund.
Upon leaving the premises, please ensure that all Little Giggle Street property is left behind.
Little Giggle Street cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during your visit.
A child ticket must be purchased for any child that can walk unaided. We reserve the right to charge the full Child price amount on the door if a Pre-walker/baby ticket has incorrectly been purchased instead of a Child ticket.
If you can’t make a booked session, please contact us by emailing play@littlegigglestreet.co.uk ie a minimum of 24 hours beforehand so that we can rearrange your session time. One transfer per booking can be accommodated, subject to availability, within a 6 month period. We cannot transfer a booking multiple times. Partial transfers are not possible, if you need to reschedule your booking, all guests will be moved to the new date.
