What age is Little Giggle Street suitable for?

Whilst there are no age restrictions, all our props and play areas have been designed for children up to approximately 7 years.

What are your opening times?

We are open Monday to Sunday 09:30 - 15:00

Is my booking refundable or transferable?

All bookings are non-refundable. If you can't make a booked session, please contact us by emailing us at play@littlegigglestreet.co.uk a minimum of 24 hours beforehand so that we can rearrange your session time.

One transfer per booking can be accommodated, subject to availability, within a 6 month period. Multiple transfers are not possible, if you need to reschedule your booking, all guests will be moved to the new date.

Can I bring my pram?

Due to space and hygiene restrictions, we encourage our visitors to leave prams and buggies at home or park them outside the cafe.

What if I'm late for my session?

You are still welcome to come in on your arrival however your session will still end at the end of the original allotted 90 minutes.

Can I bring my own food?

Apart from weaning babies, we ask that no food or drink is brought into the premises.

We have a café serving an array of hot and cold drinks as well as snacks.

Can I take photos?

Of course! As long as you are only taking pictures of your own children then you are more than welcome to snap away.

Can I wear shoes?

In order to maintain a high level of cleanliness no shoes are permitted within the play area and socks must be worn at all times.

Should you require them, socks can be purchased for a small fee from reception.

Do you host parties?

Yes!! Please email us at play@littlegigglestreet.co.uk to arrange your little ones special day.

Can I re-arrange my session?

All bookings are non-refundable however we understand the situations may arise where you need to change your session.

Therefore, we can transfer your session to another date providing 24 hours notice is given.

Are the play sessions supervised?

Our friendly staff are always on hand to make sure that our sessions run smoothly and safely however parent and guardians are responsible for the supervision of the children in their care at all times.
