Our goal is for each child to have a fantastic play experience with us in a safe environment and to allow the adults the opportunity to relax and recharge. We achieve this by operating pre-booked sessions which allows us to control the numbers attending Little Giggle Street. We highly recommend that you pre-book, however we do reserve a few spaces for Walk-ins.
We believe our play village is of most benefit to children up to 7 years, however there is no age limit and if you feel your older child will enjoy imaginary play, they are more than welcome. We simply ask that they are mindful of our smaller visitors and keep play peaceful.
We kindly request that you remove your shoes before entering the village to help protect our play areas and little hands. Socks or slippers can be worn instead.
Due to space and hygiene restrictions, we encourage our visitors to leave prams and buggies at home or park them outside the cafe.
10 minutes before the session ends, we ring a bell which encourages the children to join us as we tidy away the toys. We find this helps to prepare them for home time and may stop some of the tears when it comes to leave.
After each session we close briefly to allow us to reset and clean the play areas, this ensures that each child can benefit from experiencing the village and play areas at its absolute best.
